Don Stephens has been with SVS since 1987 starting out as a bench technician. His 2 degrees in the electronic engineering field and hands on experience helped moved him up to Service Center Manager.

Don stays up to date on the latest technology by attending service schools offered by various manufacturers. The certification he gets from these schools allows him to keep his technicians current on the latest repair techniques of payment systems. His vast familiarity with new and old equipment helps him relate to all customers.
